Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Individual Entrepreneur L. D., identification number 305876745. For any questions about your data, write to forautomatization@zohomail.eu.
Without an account
We store nothing about you. Your progress and selected block are saved only in your browser's storage (localStorage) and are not sent to our server. There are no ads, analytics or third-party trackers, and fonts are loaded from our own server.
If you sign up
- Email address — this is your login; we also use it to send a code to confirm your email when you sign up or to reset your password.
- Password — we do not store the password itself, only a strong hash of it (salted scrypt); the password cannot be recovered from it, not even by us.
- Progress — which questions you answered, when and with what result, plus your trainer settings. We store this so your progress is available on all your devices.
- Answers and points — your answers in "Learn" and "Review" and your practice-exam results: the server checks them itself and awards points. We keep a log of awarded points.
- Nickname and leaderboard participation — only if you set them yourself. If you opt in, your nickname and total points are visible to all visitors; you can opt out at any time in the "Leaderboard" section.
- Dates — when your account was created and when you last visited.
- Cookie — a single one,
sid, containing a random session number so you don't have to enter your password on every visit. It is strictly necessary for logging in, so we do not ask for consent to it. It lasts 180 days from your last visit or until you log out; changing your password ends all earlier sessions.
Legal basis: your request — you sign up yourself to use the full trainer. Your IP address is used only in the server's memory to limit login attempts and is not recorded.
Newsletter — only with your consent
We send emails with trainer news and exam materials only if you ticked the box yourself when signing up or in your account. We record when you agreed and to which wording. You can unsubscribe at any time: untick the box in your account or click the unsubscribe link in any email. Access to the trainer does not depend on this consent.
Who else processes data
- Hostinger International Ltd. (EU) — the server that runs the website and database.
- Resend, Inc. (USA) — sends emails with codes and the newsletter. It receives only your email address and the email text. The transfer is covered by a data processing agreement with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
- Codes and links from emails — 15 minutes or until used.
- Account, progress, points and nickname — until you delete them. If you don't log in for two years, the account is deleted automatically.
- Newsletter consent — until withdrawn.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, withdraw consent and delete everything. The "Delete account" button in the "Account" section immediately and permanently deletes your email, progress, points, nickname and sessions. For any other request write to forautomatization@zohomail.eu; we will reply within 10 working days.
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia (personaldata.ge); EU residents can also complain to the supervisory authority in their country.
Other
Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred. If points ever become exchangeable, we will publish the terms separately before launch. The trainer is intended for adults preparing for the citizenship exam. If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page; we will notify account holders of significant changes.
