14-day right of withdrawal
A subscription is a digital service. If you live in the EU or a country with similar rules, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. At checkout we ask you to confirm separately that you want the subscription to start immediately; if you confirm this and use the paid features, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost.
Our promise beyond the law
- 14 days, no questions asked, if you have not used any paid features (the exam in Russian or English, mistake review, the pass forecast) — full refund.
- If the subscription does not work through our fault and we have not fixed it within a reasonable time — refund or extension, your choice.
- Accidental double payment — we refund the extra charge.
Lifetime subscriptions are not refunded in part after the 14 days. If the service closes within 12 months of your lifetime purchase, we refund the share of the price for the unused months of those twelve.
How to request a refund
Email forautomatization@zohomail.eu from your account email and include the purchase date. We reply within 10 working days. The payment partner refunds you by the same method you paid with; how long it takes to arrive depends on your bank.
