1. Who we are
The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur L. D., identification number 305876745 (Georgia). Contact: forautomatization@zohomail.eu. By using the website or app you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
This is an unofficial trainer to help you prepare for the Georgian citizenship exam. The questions come from the official question bank published by the Public Service Development Agency (sda.gov.ge). The translations, explanations, spaced-repetition schedule, practice exams and software are ours. We are not affiliated with the Agency, do not run the exam and do not guarantee that you will pass it. Always check the current question bank and exam rules on the Agency’s website.
3. Your account
- Full access requires signing up with an email and password. Your account is personal: do not share it or your password.
- The service is intended for adults; if you are under 16, use it with a parent’s consent.
- You can delete your account at any time in “Profile”, together with your progress, points and nickname.
4. Free and subscription features
Free after signing up: all 600 questions with translations as cards, the practice exam in Georgian, points and the leaderboard. With a subscription: the exam in Russian and English, mistake review and the pass forecast.
A subscription is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal: for 3 months (50 $ a month, paid upfront) or for life. “Lifetime” means for as long as the service operates. The price is shown before payment and includes any taxes charged by the payment partner. Payments are handled by the payment partner named on the checkout page; we never receive or store your card details.
Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Points and leaderboard
Points are earned by studying and have no monetary value: they cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Leaderboard nicknames must not be offensive, misleading or contain other people’s data — we may remove such nicknames. We may remove points earned through automation or by circumventing the rules.
6. What is not allowed
- Automatically downloading content, or reselling or publishing our translations, explanations and materials.
- Circumventing free-access limits, interfering with the service, or trying to access other people’s data.
- Using someone else’s account or creating accounts to farm points.
If these rules are broken we may restrict access or delete the account; if you had a subscription and did nothing wrong, we will refund the unused period.
7. Intellectual property
The question texts belong to their rights holder, the Agency. The translations, explanations, hints, design, software and code are ours; you may use them only for your own preparation.
8. Liability
We work hard to keep translations and answers accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for your exam result or for damage caused by inaccuracies in the materials. Your consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract remain unaffected.
9. Changes and closure
We may change these terms; we will email account holders in advance about significant changes. If the service closes, we will give at least 30 days’ notice.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the laws of your country. Please contact us first — we will try to resolve any issue without a dispute.
